Dallas/Fort Worth, TX - August 15, 2008 - U.S. Hotel Appraisals and The Lindenwood Group announced the promotion of Russ Rivard to Managing Director. Russ will serve in this capacity for both firms.
Russ has been instrumental in the development and success of U.S. Hotel Appraisals from the beginning, bringing an exceptional level of client service and dedication to the firm. He earned his Master of Science degree in the field Operational Management from the University of Arkansas and has frontline hotel experience in rooms division management. Russ is a state certified appraiser, has completed over 200 hours of specialized appraisal classes and has consulted on hundreds of hotels. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
