Russell Rivard - Managing Partner

Russ is Managing Partner for U.S. Commercial Appraisals and its sister company U.S. Hotel Appraisals, overseeing operations and many of the firms' largest accounts.

Russ earned his master's degree from the University of Arkansas in Operational Management. Russ is a state-certified appraiser, has completed over 200 hours of specialized appraisal classes and has consulted on hundreds of hotels. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

In his spare time, Russ watches his children perform gymnastics and play soccer and volleyball. He also enjoys racquetball, running, and listening to classic rock and roll. During the fall, backyard cookouts give Russ an opportunity to watch Dallas Cowboys games with family and friends, and golfing brings his extended family, who are spread across the U.S., together once or twice a year.
