Dan McCoy is the Regional Director of U.S. Commercial Appraisals’ operations in the Midwest. Dan earned his bachelor's degree from Truman State University and has front-line hotel experience with Hilton and Denali Park Resorts. Dan’s history as a real estate consultant and appraiser includes a wide range of hotel properties in markets throughout the country, with a special focus on the Midwest.

Dan lived all over the U.S., including in Maine, Colorado, Alaska, and Pennsylvania, before returning to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. He still enjoys snowboarding and hiking on return trips to the mountains. At home, Dan spends his free time with family, volunteering at the Saint Patrick Center, and cheering on the Cardinals.
